Right from the start, Vicki understood exactly what I was looking for in a house and we spent plenty of time on the phone and on line to narrow down the area I wanted to live in and also others I might not have thought about and our price range as well. She does her homework very well, most of the houses she already had seen and or did research to make sure these were the houses we really wanted. Then she set up appointments to go see these houses. I completely had confidence in her judgment and her knowledge of the Real Estate business. She works extremely hard and is available to answer her calls, texts and emails right away. She is always one or two steps ahead and keeps track of processes. Always has her client interest first and looks out for them. What was amazing is that she was able to sell my house and buy a new house and we did it all concurrently. Not an easy task. But with her partners like the lender and escrow companies working together and with the other agents, it was a great team effort. So I want to conclude that Vicki Galvan stands out as one of the best agents I have ever worked with. Got it done on time and got us what we wanted.
