I would 100% recommend Vicki to anybody looking to buy and/or sell home. She knows every aspect of the market and I speak from experience, with her representing me in both processes in buying and selling my homes homes. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and will will go on and beyond what she probably needs to in order to make sure her client is happy and gets the deal done in the end. Right from the start, Vicki understood exactly what I was looking for in a house and we spent plenty of time on the phone and on line to narrow down the area I wanted to live in and also others I might not have thought about and our price range as well. She does her homework very well, most of the houses she already had seen and or did research to make sure these were the houses we really wanted. Then she set up appointments to go see these houses. I completely had confidence in her judgment and her knowledge of the Real Estate business. She works extremely hard and is available to answer her calls, texts and emails right away. She is always one or two steps ahead and keeps track of processes. Always has her client interest first and looks out for them. What was amazing is that she was able to sell my house and buy a new house and we did it all concurrently. Not an easy task. But with her partners like the lender and escrow companies working together and with the other agents, it was a great team effort. So I want to conclude that Vicki Galvan stands out as one of the best agents I have ever worked with. Got it done on time and got us what we wanted. Thank you for all your hard work and super knowledge it shows all the way thru from start to finish and beyond.

Vicki was very professional, detailed and knowledgeable. This was my first time buying a home so I had lots of questions and knew very little about the process. Vicki was very organized, patient and helped us make an informed decision. I trusted Vicki completely throughout the entire purchasing process. Being a busy professional Vicki worked around my schedule and made time for meetings and showings when I had availability. The home my Fiance and I purchased had multiple offers that were more than what we offered but Vicki made sure we had the best package. Now we live in our dream home and I am forever grateful for choosing Vicki as our relator.

Let me start by saying that Vicki Galvan is the most professional and knowledgeable Real Estate Agent that I know. Her knowledge is not limited to just Real Estate; she's also an experienced Interior Designer with the ability to visualize and transform spaces beyond the expectations of the average person. She is a driven business person who can steer you in the right direction whether you're interested in a private family home or a business investment. I met with Vicki and discussed purchasing an investment/rental property and she expressed her opinion on what type area and type of property would yield the best results for me. Vicki did all the research and located a property that fit the criteria discussed in our meeting. Vicki then negotiated a price well below market value and kept me informed every step of the way during the purchase process. Once I acquired the property, I again consulted Vicki regarding the improvements necessary to make the property ready for rent. Vicki made recommendations on what improvements were most cost effective and would bring most value as well as things that would make the property stand out and translate into higher rent premium. Vicki managed the construction process and tastefully chose the materials and finishes throughout the property and completely transformed the property exceeded all my expectations. It didn't stop there. Vicki then marketed my property, carefully selected a well qualified tenant and rented the property for significantly more than any of the other comparable properties in the area. Vicki is a 5 star Realtor who understands Real Estate and whose number one priority is her clients and is someone you want and must have on your side during any Real Estate transaction. Although she is a fierce negotiator and driven business person professionally, she is a friendly, positive single mother that is a pleasure to be around. In closing, Vicki has exceeded my expectations in every way possible and I have and will highly recommend her to anyone who's looking to sell, buy or rent a home. She is a great asset to have on your side and will do everything possible to protect your interests and maximize your profits.
